I'm using omnisend on my shopify store for a couple of months and the experience with the app has been great! couldn't be any easier to set up and start automation workflows or campaigns. Had some few questions and the support team was very helpful! I strongly recommend omnisend!
Easy to use software, very good integration with Shopify.
User interface is simple and nice. Has a feel good factor.
Support is very nice, responsive. Support team responds to solving glitches in a very positive and constructive way.
Pricing is very reasonable.

Had pleasure getting assisted by Joy. We've resolved some of my struggles while connecting Shopify with Omnisend and Multiparcels app.

Very good function . I created several campaigns to excute email marking .Hope will get more order .
Never got it to send, said my list was dirty, but no way to upload my hard bounce list. Looks good, also had an outage so missed a key milestone. Support was poor and they couldn't fix the problem.
Sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. Seems like there were some old contact emails on your list that no longer exist, therefore we had to temporarily pause your sending so your sender reputation is not harmed. There is nothing to worry about, as soon as you delete or unsubscribe those old emails, we will resume the sending. You will be able to benefit from the variety of great Omnisend features, such as omnichannel campaigns and automation messages, segmentation and more!
I installed this app and I'm using the free version which is more than enough to get started with all the basic marketing needs! Awesome UI, great customer service... Much better than MailChimp in my opinion!

The app is so simple to use yet so effective. The ability to stay in contact with our customers is vital and the omnisend app enables that with relative ease!

Omnisend is great whenever you want to get started with email marketing. They are adapting and updating fast, meaning launching new features and functions almost all the time which I think is great. I have had some trouble with them from time to time due to the fact that it has been various knowledge level in support as well as the tool not always working as expected (segmentation not working properly as one example). However, I'm still recommending it to others as it's easy to get started and it feels very modern and fast-moving.
