Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Loved using this App. Makes creating email campaigns easy and with their in-built e-commerce email series, sending reminder emails is just a piece of cake.

I did my first cyber monday email and was very pleased with how the app worked and also how it took care of security and email verification.

Added this to my shopify store for a more robust email app. Omnisend walked me through set up perfectly and they've been with me all the way for a year now. Excellent support and customer service from their team! Chat available pretty quickly and I've felt like they were a part of my company!

I truly love this app! It has so many fun features you can do. I absolutely love that I can control all my automation's in one place.

Price is way too high once you reach a certain amount of subs. Wouldn't suggest you start using it if you plan to gain more than a few 1000 subs.

Fast and friendly support, and features that would normally cost hundreds from other providers!
I don't really have a need to use Mailchimp anymore, as these features pretty much replace and surpass whatever I was previously using there.

Adding products to mailouts is amazing.
A complete must for anyone thinking about putting out quality welcome e-mails and abandoned cart e-mails. The default shopify ones don't even compare with this.

Intuitive, simple and easy to use. Takes a little bit of thought in terms of automation and journeys - but I can see how we will use it in the future.

We have been using Mailchimp for 4 years but had to change so after looking at all the options Omnisend looked to be the best for our business. Once I got inside and built my first newsletter, wow, much better platform than Mailchimp for creating newsletters and the additional features for basically the same money we were paying Mailchimp sold me. Our open rate was higher on the first day, not sure why but I will take it, and I am waiting to see how the automatic re-send to those that didn't open the first will work but it has to net us something. That feature alone sold me but there is so much more to be happy about. Thank you Omnisend.

Great service and very effective for someone who doesn't know how to write code to develop their emails!
