Great App. Great Customer service. They always seem to added new futures and are easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend.
Really smooth interface, easy to set up your marketing campaigns. I recommend this app!
UPDATE: CONTINUES TO GLITCH.
This has beautiful templates and is a more affordable option than alternatives, but unfortunately the glitches mean you end up paying for it. It frequently stalls out and although the team gets back with a response, it does mean that you are delayed sending out emails by hours or days which is precious time for a small business owner.

I've been really disappointed. I switched because it seemed like a great option for my small business, but the bugs they've had this week meant that I couldn't announce my shop's grand opening, I couldn't send out my two year anniversary celebration email, and I'm waiting to send out emails to customers for our soft launch! The workaround they gave me hasn't worked either. When it worked, it was great, but it's crazy to have these issues several days in a row when we rely so heavily on email marketing.

Easily better than any email set up around.Each email collection feature is awesome for us because it is for todays shopper and not a distraction.Also the exit intent and product picker saves time and money.Thanks again from Johnny Apple Club

I'm new to this app but so far the experience has been fairly seamless. I'd love to see a bit more accessible UI (you can't see font options without clicking them and the examples in the layout builder are itty bitty and hard to see at some points), but I was very pleasantly surprised by how simple everything was to build otherwise. When I ran into a question I couldn't find an answer to via Google, I contacted the support team and was helped by Matija, who quickly sent me a screen capture with step by step instructions. Super helpful, super courteous, and super convenient.

My account was stopped because of too many bounced letters, and then I found their customer service staff, the service was very good and timely, and helped me solve the problem quickly
