The support team is always helpful and thorough. The live agents are timely and knowledgeable. Agustin helped me with a tedious, at least for me, troubleshooting problem and helped me resolve all issues. Additionally, Omnisend Help documentation and instructions are detailed and easy to follow.
I've been using Omnisend for a few months. I had previously been with Klaviyo but someone in a group I'm in highly recommended Omnisend for it's ease of use. Since I am a small one person business and didn't need all of the fancy stuff that Klaviyo has, I decided to switch. I've been very happy with Omnisend because it has a nice clean dashboard and interface, the forms and automations are easy to set up, my email campaigns are super easy and the customer service is very nice and helpful. Today Kayque answered a question I had about pop-ups which I appreciated. My email list is finally growing too which didn't happen as quickly on other platforms. This is the 5th email provider that I've used and I think it is the best one for me and I highly recommend it!

I had a problem with completing the background color of my mail. I I messaged the support desk and within a few minutes I was helped by Berman. Berman indicated that he was going to check it and within a day I had a response again and I could solve the problem myself. Top service!
We love Omnisend as a team. They give us the ability to use emails in an appropriate way. Sıla is the most comprehensive support member, thank you so much for their support to e-commerce stores. Omnisend is our only choice :)

Kayque was patient helpful. I also appreciated that she followed up to ensure the problem was fixed which was an extra bonus. In addition, she offered bonus tips to ensure our SMS campaigns are a success.
