I love omnisend. I've tried other email services and prefer Omnisend to them all. Their interface is easy to understand and there's not much you can't do. Their customer service is also excellent.

They now use a bot for their support model AND YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU.
