They helped us to disconnect and reconnect Omnisend from BigCommerce to Shopify.

Good app! Easy to use and set up email flows. Supportive customer service when you have questions. Baarath and Luiz are very helpful!

just 4 stars because i don't believe in perfection... well as a tool how they subscribe it's good...the support team very efficient .. didn't try the app enough the tool or ( app ) yet to say if it's working good.... but i can tell it's easy and recommend to try you lose nothing guys

Great customer support from Salma at Omnisend in setting up my SPF and DKIM records. So far the set up process has been really seamless and simple, after changing over from Mailerlite due not being able to set the SPF + DKIM up.

Not beginner friendly AT ALL! I couldn't access the full visual of what I was editing. It's not clearly simple to send to one subscriber as oppose to ALL subscribers.

This is a great APP, plus the support team is fast at responding tor requests and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Love this app. Very nice. A bit confusing interface sometimes. Things could be a bit more convenient, but all in all - very useful once you I got used to it and very reliable
