Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

This is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and to the point. Since I have 5 stores it would be nice to have an overall pricing package.

I've been using Omnisend since 2019 for my Shopify stores and have been pleased with their service. There have been a few hiccups along the way through the 4 years, but overall I am happy! I've tried several other email marketing services but always came back to Omnisend. Eventually moving all my stores over! Their team has been very attentive, caring and constantly improving their product. I find their pricing to be fair for all that they offer. Whenever I need help or have any questions, I'm able to reach them through their chat box. They always respond to me within minutes to a few hours, and my queries are addressed quickly. I think they've become even faster the past year or so. Especially with a query I had this past week. Yuliia helped me to resolve it in less than 24 hours. I look forward to seeing how Omnisend continues to grow and improve. I hope they give their major competitor which starts with a K, a run for their money. :)

We really wanted to have a birthday field to the newsletter registration form. I spent days looking for a good email marketing app, tried 3 of them and I am very happy that we decided on Omnisend. It's been a few weeks now (I don't write a quick review on the day I install an app). The support team has been amazing on top of all the functions we need. Highly recommended! 散々探して、3 アプリを実際に試した上でOmnisendにしました。生年月日など必要な項目を入れたフォームを作れることや、オートメーションで使える機能、メールデザインの編集機能などにも満足しています。サポートチームも迅速丁寧で大変素晴らしい！

It's been 3 years since my first review. Still very happy with this app and the support team is just wonderful. Sanya today was quick and super helpful with clear answers just as great as the last time she helped me.

Still very happy. Had an issue with our domain/hosting server transfer but Sanya again and everyone else from the support team was very patient and helpful.

A lot of features and great support! I love the segmentation very accurate to use in different market without any issues

They're simply the best. While they're not as big in all the integrations as Klaviyo, they're still a lot more affordable, and for small brands, it's the perfect fit.

Great customer service! Couldn't actually believe how quickly the Omnisend support got back to me when I had a few queries recently. They responded via email and Kristina was so efficient and patient at helping me sort my problem. Within 15 minutes she had sorted out what I had been trying to figure out for ages. Thank you so much to Omnisend & Kristina, your service is faultless!

I've always found Omnisend support incredible. Even if they can't help - they are super kind and patient. No problem is too small. Luiz was particularly helpful today - and very patient with my questions.

Have been using it on https://greenwhey.fr for months now, so far so good. Automations are easy to implement, design is great.

Amazingly simple with beautiful results. The integrtration with Mailchimp and Shopify is seamless. Excellent app.
