For the first time, it feels very easy to use! Hope it will continue to be good in the long run.

Needed some assistance with segments and clearing out old emails and Andres was excellent. Helped me out and was really knowledgable.

Spoke with Karine today to help me with a Sunset Policy and she was brilliant. Checked my settings for me and was super helpful.

It is easy to use and it also help us reach more customers and boost the sales. BTW, the help center always helps us solve the problem patiently and efficiently. Thank you so much!

We have used this app for some time now and its one of our favourites. So east to use and a really helpful team. nothing it to much of a problem for them. The product picker is pure genius and they have a really exciting roadmap for new features.

I had an issue that required customer support, and even though I was upset they were patient, friendly, and helpful. They were very fast with responses too, with multiple people jumping in to help me out so the issue could get resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend them!

Just an awesome app! Easy to use, great reporting with CTR. Adding a geographical breakdown would be my only suggestion. Overall, I love the app!

We made the change to Omnisend from Klaviyo when Klaviyo jacked up their pricing last year. Omnisend's feature set is not quite as robust but they do keep updating it and the chat support is much better and quicker than Klaviyo at half the price. Today, Salma and Adres helped me but every rep has been great. We're happy with the switch.
