I left Klaviyo because it was too complicated and expensive. Omnisend has simplified the somewhat arduous task of being successful at email campaigns and presents it in a seamless package that works perfectly inside of Shopify. I’m extremely pleased with the templates and ease of use.

I was personally helped by Matija and he solved my problem in less than a minute. The fastest and best service I've had from an app.

So there are a lot of options for email type apps on Shopify. I haven't used all of them, but I've had such a easy experience with omnisend. I get confused? Ask a question, which is replied to within minutes.

I'm pretty new to email list building and what not anyway. But this has been such a nice experience for me, kind of like having someone to sort out an issue or guide me during the process.

Good segmentation and automation integration. The click-map is also beneficial for performance analysis. Customer service is quick to respond.
