Amazing app! Everything just works perfectly, you get access to all features on the Free Plan (<500 emails sent/month), not like many apps there that are technically free but you need to upgrade to be able to do the simplest thing. Customer support is amazing, they reply within 5-10min and their support is 5/5.
Will definitely upgrade to the Paid plan once I reach the Free Plan limits.
I highly recommend this app for all email marketing things

Omnisend does absolutely great in supporting clients. Fast, to the point, if not at fisrt attempt, still trying to find a way to the solution until you get it, a model for many companies.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received today with a live human! Dilara was awesome and provide clear instructions with screenshot to support. She responded quickly as I am sure she was managing multiple tickets. She got me fixed up and back going to running my business, and I appreciate that.

I have been using Omnisend for a number of years now. I send out a newsletter once every 2 weeks and I have a couple of automations running as well. I don't always find the interface the most intuitive but by using the chat service on a couple of occasions I always get back on track.
Today I specifically want to highlight the chat service and the help I received from Saleh, who, despite being very busy, took the time to:
1. explain why he may be slower than usual to respond (and apologised ofr it more than once)
2. supply me with a link to help answer my initial query
3. respond with comprehensive and detailed answers to my fairly elaborate follow up questions (not the type of questions you want to receive when you are very busy!)
As a result, I know what my options are and again can get back on track.

Still pretty early in with Omnisend, but honestly its pretty great having everything simplified by sorting all the brand stuff at the start of using has made making campaigns and automations as easy as clicking a few buttons
