Awesome! Great app. Use it all the time.
It was way easier to switch away from MailChimp than I expected! OmniSend automatically pulled in all the records in my mailing list from both MailChimp and Shopify. Recreating my email campaigns didn't take too long and I like how they lay out their workflows - far easier to visualize than before. The only thing I haven't been able to do is automate sending emails to repeat customers based on how many times they've purchased so I can reward loyal, repeat customers. I think OmniSend will work great for my needs.
Have been using Omnisend for a few years and it offers great value as an email platform! When I had to contact customer support Beran was very helpful and responsive!
Super useful app with great customer support. I was running into a problem adding our custom domain email and Bassma, Baarath and Stefan from support were all really nice and helpful and were able to get everything sorted out. Creates beautiful emails and makes something with the potential to be extremely complicated very intuitive as well as effective.
The online app world is crowded and it is challenging to find a solution that fits all your needs - however, the Point of Difference I ALWAYS look for is the support that is offered and Omnisend have been outstanding in that regard. To Kristina and all the other support crew - hats off and thank you!

The app is easy to use, it is the best mailing system what i have use up to now.

Very easy to sign up but difficult to cancel. No phone number and oftentimes you wait ridiculously long to have an online chat. I sent 1 email for $150. They were totally unwilling to help me out in any way.
Had a few kinks but tech support was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. Thank You :)

It is definitively a great app!
However, after using it for some time, we have found an area, which we consider very important, that needs to be improved.
We are talking about the subscribe and unsubscribe functionalities.
When using double opt-in (highly recommended) for subscriptions, both the email and the landing page can't be customized, except for the texts. This means that the logo is not included and the color of the button can't be changed, etc. So each time a new customer subscribes to our page, they will not see the logo nor our preferred brand colors in both the email and landing page, which should bring trust specially for new customers.
The same thing happens with the unsubscribe landing page.
I don't understand why something so important is not a priority for Omnisend!
It is certainly hard to attract new customers, and we must offer them through a trustful experience.
I hope that Omnisend consider improving this area of their app as soon as possible.
