We wanted to try something entirely different with a customer segment. I am a novice and couldn't figure out how to get it done. I asked for help from Omnisend staff. Stefani, the guy who helped me, created a simple solution for getting it done AND to help me understand made me a video to show me each step of the way. Because of the video and his directions I didn't just know what to do but understood why I had to do each step making it so much easier. Best email client for email and sms all in one, also awesome customer service. My favorite email client I have used, and they are always adding new fetures.

We had previously been using Mailchimp and switched over to Omnisend. So far am very pleased with the integration with Shopify and the program itself is very user friendly and intuitive with good templates.
