I'm so glad Ominsend was suggested to me by another merchant. E-mail marketing has always seemed daunting and overwhelming, I didn't know how to begin or where I could get help. Omnisend has truly made things easier for my business. Their articles are super helpful, and their customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. The platform is easy to use, especially compared to others I've tried like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Shopify Email. As a startup, their pricing fits perfectly with my needs. It's been a relief to finally find a tool that works well for me.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received today with a live human! Dilara was awesome and provide clear instructions with screenshot to support.
