By far, the single worst company we have dealt with in terms of customer support and overall service in the last 2 years since launching our Shopify site. This box doesn't provide enough space to list the catalogue of bugs, errors, sorry excuses, terrible customer service experiences or indeed the list of individual times (more than 100) in the last few months that we have had to contact support to do basic things such as create segments or send out simple SMS messages. Worst purchase of the year, hands down. We have since had contact from the management of Omnisend and our satisfied the above matters have now been resolved. Thank you.

This application is very user-friendly, no programming of guessing to create email campaigns, welcome email, abandoned cart emails. Somewhat new to eCommerce, after using BigCommerce, the Shopify Apps a great to help generate customers, etc without spending a lot of money-which new start-ups usually are unable to afford.
We've been working with Omnisend for a couple of years now. The app is fairly intuitive and easy to set up automation and campaigns. Any time we have had questions or issues the response from the team has been prompt and thorough...they have either sorted any issue or explained how we can accomplish whatever it is we are asking.

Omnisend has been fantastic for helping me grow my business, we are still only a small business in the grand scheme of things but every time we send out an email we bring in revenue and omnisend has great analytics to track those sales. They also make it easy to bring in contacts from other sources such as mail chimp which is where we do lead generation. i would 100% recommend this app.
I have used the product for over a year and although the product is sound and useful, support keeps making "improvements" without regard to past time and effort. Most recently they "upgraded" the editor but made all of our previous work wasted as we cannot use previous newsletters as templates or copies to work from, wasting all of our previous edits and content. Not happy.

I have contacted the technical service and it has been fast, Sanya has been able to give me explanatory answers with creeshots, but Omnisend still needs to make many improvements: you cannot save template blocks, you cannot distinguish "newsletter subscribers" from those who do not they are like this (to distinguish the frequency of the pop-up between one and the other)....

Just sent out my frist email campaign. It was really easy and looked great. I love that this is a free app!
