We had previously been using Mailchimp and switched over to Omnisend. So far am very pleased with the integration with Shopify and the program itself is very user friendly and intuitive with good templates.

The app does what it should do, and does it well! Sometimes things might be a bit difficult to figure out, but their support is second to none. Especially Bassma, who has been such a great support and real life saver at times for me! Nothing is a problem and she's always ready to help with smile. Absolutely recommend!

As a new business owner, I must say Soundest has been amazing. I was able to customize my campaign newsletter specifically for my store. It was very easy to follow.
