Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

So far very happy with the process, had some issues where I didn't know how to fix one of my flows, customer care team was very quick and efficient!

I have tried multiple email services, but this one so far is the best customer support, and I love that it includes SMS. It integrates easily, and the features are awesome. I used to have multiple apps for various features I wanted on my website, but this one has everything. Customizing is also simple, and scheduling is easy, which is one thing I was looking for!

Great support - didn't need it for any issue with the software just to check over an automation I had setup to make sure it was correct. They went above and beyond to help me fix an issue I had with it and get it working.

I'd say this is really great value for what you get.

I think it's a great app with lots of functions. For that and pleasant customer service via chat i would give a higher score (5 stars). However Omnisend is highly complex and I feel that live support such as phone and better still screen sharing would be very helpful indeed to get the best out of it.
