We're really happy with Omnisend's email marketing app for Shopify. It's made a big difference for us. Special thanks to Danielle Heck for her caring and super-professional one-on-one guidance. Her support has been spot on, helping us navigate through everything. We're really pleased with the outcomes and learning how to use the app has genuinely helped us get better at reengaging inactive customers. The app for email mktng is the perfect match for my fashion ecommerce.
The customer service is amazing, right away answers, best problem solving ever! Though, I am frustrated as I cant afford up until now the payment plan fixed at 127/month, maybe they could offer a starters plan with more than 500 emails/month and less than the payment plan. a lower/starters fee for up to 3000 or 5000 mails, to be increased as the ecommerce scales Highly recommended!
Fantastic real help assistance by Kayque! I thought there was no way to solve the DNS records issue i was having, as i had entered all the dns records, however he found one error and my emails were back up and running within 10 minutes
Wouldn't refund me after 2 hours into the subscription and no functions were used. Customer service refuses to contact me.

Our team was actively working to find a workaround to increase your sending limit in the hopes of keeping you as one of our valued customers.
However, as per your request, I would like to inform you that a refund was issued on July 5. You should see the funds transferred to your bank account within 5 to 10 days.

Luiz from Omnisend did an amazing job helping me navigate the new rules in order to keep up-to-date with email best practices. When I was having an issue verifying my SPF TXT update in the domains section through the Shopify platform, he checked in to make sure I was able to figure it out. Thanks!

Good templates, not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Not sure it's worth it as i'm still using it only for cart recovery and never compare it to other apps.
But this "Reviews" feature you advertise is THE MOST S*** you can come with! And you even compare your "features" with other apps with years on the market?
Here is my honest feedback.
Before asking others to switch, at least learn what is actually important for the customers - review feeds, google rich snippets, google product ratings, google seller ratings and so on.
You simply have an email servers that send to collect feedback. That's it.
Oh, an display the feedback too :D
I really hope you didn't able to get more customers confused with your sh*t as the damage your app can cause may take months to recover.
