very good. The setup is super easy and the customer support is excellent.
My website is new and I am still building a customer base. I believe it will help me succeed.

I like Omnisend. So why am I leaving a negative review? Because I had to temporarily remove my Omnisend subscription due to a Shopify payment issue, and Omnisend deleted my entire account, flows, campaigns, after 1 month. I missed the threatening emails they sent as they went to my junk box. I'm a huge customer of theirs (I'm a $500+/month subscriber) so I guess they didn't like me leaving. I'm on Klaviyo now as a result.

To be compliant with Shopify's requirements, we have to make sure we delete all data 14-days after our app is uninstalled.

Nikola was great today helping me with a small issue I had, all fixed really quickly! Oh and ignore the return times on Chat - I was helped within 5 mins this morning not the wait quoted at all :)

Very pleased with the app, amazing service, the best we have ever received from any app\software.
Will and Kotryna are the best.
Much more recommended than Klavyio both level of service and "value for money".

EDIT: Omnisend fixed the tax issue with new email builder. Support is great and now everything works well for us. Omnisend's order confirmation customizable fields don't include product tax and this is a major problem with otherwise great app. According to Finnish law (probably in Sweden and Norway too) customer needs to be given following information about their purchase's price: price (without VAT) + VAT = total price. Omnisend can only present price (incl. VAT) and total price, but no VAT. They have offered a 'workaround' to write a message to the order confirmartions "Prices include VAT." This does not change the fact that the amount of tax is still missing. Because of this issue we get weekly phone calls and emails from customers and their accountants complaining about the receipt. Only thing we can do is to send them a manual receipt from Shopify. It is embarrasing and takes a lot of time. We have been able to create some great automations with Omnisend, but this is making us lose our minds and so far Omnisend has not been willing to implement the feature after multiple requests. Shopify provides this price tax information, so it would be easy for them to add.
