I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!

trash app, i will be switching to klavyio or something else. I currently have this for 3 stores but today was the breaking point. They always require some type of domain email verification and their support is garbage. Claim to reply in under 10 minutes but don't. DO NOT OVER PAY FOR THIS email provider, they are terrible.

Beran is a great help! I had some issues with the email marketing campaign and its automation. But Beran was able not only to identify issues but also to record his screen and provide me with solutions in seconds. Well done, Beran! :)

Always quick to respond and easy to navigate but I find it pretty pricey for a small business, so don't send out as any emails as I'd like.

I have been using Omnisend for a few months only and I really enjoyed creating email campaigns on it. I needed some help today about "Sender Domains" and sent them an email. Beran immediately answered me with clear instructions, while being very patient and polite. I followed all the steps he guided me through until the problem was solved.
