I tried multiple email apps before and Omnisend is the best. The support team is fantastic and their rate is more affordable than other comparable apps. They have all of the necessary features needed and creating email newsletters is easy. Highly recommend!

I am extremely impressed with Omnisend, even though I'm a website designer I have no experience with Shopify, so this is my first Shopify store. I was really dreading the back-end stuff like email automations, but setting up Omnisend was sooo easy! It took me literally less than an hour to configure and design every workflow and automation emails, which look amazing!

I also had a positive experience with the support team member called Kayque, I used the live chat at like 1 am and was given advice within 5 mins. He also checked up on me the next day to make sure I was good, which is probably the first time that has happened with any service. So overall super impressed with Omnisend, and I'm very comfortable with interface already, looking forward to growing my business with Omnisend.

After switching email platforms due our old platform being discontinued, we've been using Omnisend for over a year now and are very happy with the platform's functionality and excellent customer service. The email automations are very flexible and allow for more conditional logic vs. similar platforms. Recently, we had some questions on emails that were failing (due to the email address, not us or Omnisend) and Sila on the Omnisend support team was very helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with the email design, segmentation, automation capabilities and what's more they also have an excellent customer service. Most recently I needed to reach out to their customer support team regarding a new form I was building and Maria was an absolute superstar to answer all my questions in no time.

First, I think the Omnisend platform is robust and easy to use. I especially appreciate that what I design on the backend is generally what I see in the emails.

Second, the customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Eduarda, Agustin, and Maria -- and all of them were great. Agustin, in particular, was very responsive.
