I started to use Soundest a while ago. I thought that it is just another Saas - I will have to figure out the ins and outs myself. Well, not with these guys. I used this for my email marketing for my store. Everything was easy to navigate and what I did not understand a rep was super helpful in the chat feature. Everything is laid out so nicely to understand. I like how it breaks everything down. This is actually better than MailChimp in my opinion.
