I had an issue that required customer support, and even though I was upset they were patient, friendly, and helpful. They were very fast with responses too, with multiple people jumping in to help me out so the issue could get resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend them!
I looked at several email marketing apps and decided that Omnisend had the most features for the price was the most user friendly of the ones I looked at in my opinion. That was really important to me as is what kind of support the company offers. I recently needed some help with an issue I was having and Karine in support was both courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient. My computereze isn't that great but she managed to figure out what I was trying to explain to her and helped me fix it in no time. I would definitely recommend the Omnisend app.
Omnisend is a great and very useful app.
I am also here to say that I had two issues so far, and thanks to the amazing support it was resolved only within a few hours. Murat Beran has been extremely helpful, responding to me very quick, resolving my issues and questions immediately.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about Omnisend Email Marketing, and it is an app I have used for many many years.
Their platform is pretty good and relatively intuitive to use, but their charges are bad to the point where unless you're extremely attentive, it feels like a scam.
Omnisend charges by billable contact, which is not so bad. However, they also charges for nonsubscribers, who you will not be legally allowed to email. They also charge for customers with no email or phone number, who have not opted out of any email or text.
In addition, they charge for SMS contacts even if you don't have SMS enabled.
If you keep your billable contacts low by consistently thinning down your worse performing segments, this is a pretty good service. Otherwise you will find your fees hiking very very quickly.

Regarding non-subscribed contacts, it's important to note that they may legally receive certain automated emails, such as Abandoned Cart/Checkout, Product Abandonment, Browse Abandonment, Order Follow-up, Customer Reactivation workflows, and more.

Great app that handles it all! The team is phenomenal and always makes sure any issues are handled quickly and efficiency. Beran is great and extremely knowledgeable and also happy to suggest ways to improve our use of their systems/products. Thank you for always making things simple and easy to understand.
They offer 24/7 support but the chat support is the worst. You have to keep repeating things, they don't pay attention to what you're actually saying and they keep switching agents within the same conversation so none of them know what's going on. You have to constantly update them on the previous conversation. Most of your emails will go to spam if you use this company. Really not good.

So far I have loved Omnisend. It's one of the most user-friendly and intuitive apps. They have great templates to use for email campaigns. I love that you can visually see the email flow with your customers and which email they will receive after what times. Omnisend is one of my favorite apps that we use for our shop.
Their automations don't work, and customer support is awful. I sent them a screenshot of their own app (the flow creation section), clear and precise and they said it's not part of their app but a screenshot of Shopify. After sending them the link they admitted it was their app. The customer support haven't even used the app themselves obviously.
Deleted and Installed the app twice, and tested a simple abandoned cart recovery automation multiple times and it doesn't work. Customer support is little to no help. Only a waste of time.
Their email editor is also broken. You have to refresh it every minute because it stops responding and gets stuck. Wasting lots of hours when making an automation flow.
We are moving to a better marketing app. Think twice before spending hours creating automations and flows that won't work.
