Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

So far it worked great for a free service! We have 20k subscribers so far so we can send out 5 a month which seems perfect for not over throttling our users. Hopefully more will be implemented theme wise as sticking to their current themes are sort of lack luster but get the point across. Of course it seems still in development so 5 outta 5 from us over here!

It's a scam! They kept charging me $800 every month. I had $1600 SMS credit in my account, I canceled my email plan and they took all of my credit away!!
There is NOWHERE says if you cancel email plan, your credit will be gone! I paid for $1500 credit! Give my money back!!

I switched to Omnisend from their biggest competitor (their support was ridiculous). For someone who is new to email marketing Omnisend is perfect. Super intuitive, and their support team is top notch.

I would not have been able to fix my issue without Sanya. She quickly assessed the issue and provided me with very clear steps on how to fix. We were done in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service from Sanya, she was wonderful to work with.
