I use this app for my store at http://the-crystal-healing-shop.myshopify.com/ I think it is great. Its very easy use and it is a great tool for segmentation. The customer service is very good and very quick. I like the fact that free version offers you so many emails for free, the features for the free version is not that limited, like as they are with other similar apps.
Easy to use, and provides a useful tool for constant communication.
We are very happy with our use of Omnisend for 2 years for our marketing automation emails and other campaigns, we prefer the interface more than the other big competitor for email marketing - you probably know which we have in mind. Karine from support was very quick and helpful, when we had questions.

First review I've written, very pleased with the application. Allows you to monitor the results as well as create a great looking email! Best part in my opinion is that you can import products straight from your store. Only negative would be when it automatically lists the price it reads the price followed by GBP rather than using the pound sign. For example 47.99 GBP instead of £47.99. You can change this but its a bit of a hassle!

Great app, lets you track who opened your emails, build campaigns etc. Very easy to use and build a pretty great looking newsletter easily. Highly recommended!!
Beran is a great help! I had some issues with the email marketing campaign and its automation. But Beran was able not only to identify issues but also to record his screen and provide me with solutions in seconds. Well done, Beran! :)

So far it worked great for a free service! We have 20k subscribers so far so we can send out 5 a month which seems perfect for not over throttling our users. Hopefully more will be implemented theme wise as sticking to their current themes are sort of lack luster but get the point across. Of course it seems still in development so 5 outta 5 from us over here!
Also the whole be able to pick what product you want to promote is a freaking time saver and a half! Thank you.
