Omnisend has been an important app addition to our business regarding workflow and popups. I hae had first class support when having issues navigating my way around the process, im not the best on a computer but Sila has been very patient and supportive. keep up the great work. Mike
I have a newer shop, but Omnisend was one of the first apps that I added to my store and it has been incredible. The selection of automation they have is incredible, but nowhere near as good as their support team. They are so fast to respond, always available and have been extremely helpful with every question I have had. There hasn't been a single question left unanswered. Huge thanks to everyone on their support team that has helped me, Sanya, Dilara, Diego and Deniz! All amazing and went above and beyond. Grateful to have this tool to assist my business.
Great app, the integration is smooth, the mail setup is easy, and the support (thank you Dilara!) always helps. Recommend.
It is very easy to work with, lots of functions, amazing fast customer support, and their free package gives lots of value <3
Luiz was so helpful- I genuinely did not really know what I was doing, but with their help was able to successfully set up the DNS stuff and email that I was requiring! Very helpful and patient with me!
When I purchased the play package and was ready to send my EDM, they abruptly terminated my campaign for not paying them an additional $1.45 for mailbox cleanup. Such hidden charges are hilarious, I hope shopify officials review these apps properly, it really gives a bad experience at all, paying an extra fee after paying a fee is not stated in the official app description.

Your account was paused due to the high bounce rate of the latest campaign you sent at that time. Once your list was cleaned, your account was restored. Please know that this is not a limitation on our end, nor a means to make you pay extra. High bounce rates can damage your sender reputation in the long run. Additionally, the list cleaning feature is not a hidden fee and is not related to your plan. Any user, regardless of their plan, may need to clean their list if its quality is not good.

Just used support for the first time and was amazed by how quickly I got an answer and how objective and to the point Baarath was.

The worst app I ever deal with I been trying for the last 10 days to get support or anything all what I got is nothing
They charge me 718 to use sms services and they send me email that I can’t use the sms service and they refuse to refund me
They charge me every month 988$ witch is Mailchimp charge only 400 $ for 1.2m email
Still till now no support no money back and also they charge me for the last 4 month 160 extra for sms that I couldn’t use

I've been using Omnisend for a while, it is very easy to setup, use, create automations and emails. Plus, customer support is another story, they are extraordinary, very kind, ready to help and they keep following up with you until you get satisfied! I would like to specially thank Didem for being very helpful by sending personalized videos to explain how to get things done, also I would like to thank Luiz, Olesia & Beran for being so helpful.
