Baka has been very delightful and helpful in assisting me in checking that I'm all good as I got confused after receiving the email from Omnisend that my app wasn't working well due to the banner on my webstore.

I've used them all. Omnisend is the winner...
So, I wont be that person to name drop the ones I've been through (you all know them by name), instead I will focus on why Omnisend is the one I ended up with.
Pricing? Yeah sure. They are far less expensive than a lot of their competition. Especially at scale. But that doesn't mean anything if the value provided also is degraded.
Tech? Yup, it's super easy to set up and use. Flows are there with the push of a button, and everything is easy customizable. But that really doesn't mean anything in the long run as well, you can pretty much learn to manage almost anything with time.
Where Omnisend SHINES is in their customer support and dedicated team. I had SO many issues in dealing with thing I've never knew about when I started my business journey. Its DMARK, APIs, SPF, Custom Events, DKIM, Domain Reputation... the list never ends...
And they been there, helping me through it all. Brainstorming, solving, helping. Being nice, kind and supportive. A couple of days ago, Emna pour her heart and soul into solving an automation-issue, today Maria delivered in solving a Trigger-issue for a flow.
We have always worked it out, together!
So, unless Omnisend drops the ball, they are 100% stuck with me on my journey because they are too good of a partner to leave behind.
I cannot recommend them enough!

After spending several weeks exploring various email marketing apps, I delved into Klaviyo, SmartrMail, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Seguno, and tinyAlbert,.... What I found was that no app is perfect, and many seem overpriced, with some even indulging in AI-washing. Ultimately, my shortlist came down to Seguno and Omnisend. Both are exceptional, but I had to choose one for my personal trial. Omnisend emerged as the winner, mainly because of its AI features paired with somewhat reasonable pricing. Seguno was a close runner-up.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Omnisend. I do wish it had more robust AI support within the email editor—specifically, AI that could create and design a complete email based on my prompt. I understand that larger corporations using email marketing apps have teams and staff who don’t want to be replaced by AI. However, for small businesses like mine, AI is invaluable in simplifying tasks. Ideally, I want AI to craft the entire email so that my role is just to review and approve.
Omnisend, along with Klaviyo and Seguno, offers a sleek and professional look and dashboard, whereas many other apps feel like experimental toys. In terms of usability, Omnisend is incredibly user-friendly. I've read others describe it as a game-changer, and I tend to agree. After my first full day using Omnisend, I’ve set up 12 automations. Impressively, my automations and the initial campaign have generated a remarkable 40% revenue increase in just one day!
It’s quite enjoyable to watch the volume of emails Omnisend dispatches through these automations—an impressive 600 automated emails in just 18 hours—demonstrating that my email marketing is effectively on autopilot. So far, Omnisend has exceeded my expectations. I hope it continues to perform well—fingers crossed! Plus, the support is phenomenal. Hunter, my contact at Omnisend, is a true gem!

Has a fair amount of email features for a relatively low price. Their support via email has been great too and very helpful on the occassion I need them.

The templates are stale. Plus their list cleanup is vague and over priced. They charged us over $150 to perform a cleanup that did not remove ANY names. Then they became difficult when we asked for a refund.

After a thorough review of your case with our Billing and Deliverability teams — both following your communication with our support team and this review — we found that your list contained a large number of disposable email addresses, primarily from Amazon. These contacts are categorized as undeliverable, as they cannot receive emails, and were appropriately flagged by our system. Based on this, the list cleaning was completed as intended.
Please note that the cleaning service has been fulfilled and, as such, cannot be reversed. Since the tool performed as expected and the results were delivered as agreed, a refund would not apply in this case. However, we do want to understand your concerns better. If there are specific aspects of the cleaning you believe were not handled correctly, we’d truly appreciate your feedback so we can investigate further.
To assist with next steps and save you time, our support team has created a segment of the flagged contacts. You can use this segment to easily take neccesery actions.

This app ins not for the faint of heart. It has a lot of features and power to do about anything but isnt easy to navigate and find answers on its own. The power of this program is the stellar support people who man the chat and emails 24/7. Plus they ALWAYS follow up to see if I was able to do what they advised! Not many programs do that anymore. I have a small business but a big need that doesn't easily fit the standard templates and ready made. So it took me weeks to build my automation and import subscribers from other places not partnered.
HOWEVER — I was helped along the way by multiple support people who were well versed on the program and could find a way for me to do what I needed to do AND explain it to me (I'm not a tech head by any stretch of the imagination, but I can and do identify things that need to be fixed in programing). If not for that I would have jumped ship during the first week. I'm not happy with the expense of Omnisend for small businesses, but I'm committed now so I will be adding more features to my website that I haven't had before because Omnisend has it all in one place!

Great service, relatively easy to set up, you will have everything you need in a rather easy and straight forward interface. The best part is their exceptional customer support. You will naturally have questions and to be able to get them answered so fast, and in such a detailed way every time is golden. Absolutely love Omnisend and highly recommend it!

Since getting omnisend, email marketing hasn't been daunting at all and it's been easy and swift to set up a newsletter, workflow or campaign. I want to shout out Baka who helped me find a great workaround in setting up a workflow which I think provides benefit for myself and my customers. the help and support has been great and the wealth of information, and templates and the UI makes it easy to navigate and create your emails.
