Just got in contact with their chat facility to ask some questions re setup of my discounts codes etc. Stefan was super helpful and made things much easier for me.
So far so good can easily edit the flows and the customer team ( Stefan ) was of great help to set up the new DNS updates.
Lightning fast response times and super helpful customer service. I was helped by Didem and their knowledge and ability to explain in a simple and clear way to someone who knows very little about all of this will keep me a forever fan of Omnisend.
I have had some issues with Omnisend since beginning using it, from it's limitation of sizing (popups) to a few other things. But today, I put the account on a freeze to explore some options and better looks, and they charged me for the freeze and also charged me for the next month of service. Doesn't get much more corrupt than that. I reached out to support (which they make difficult) and go a non-answer answer of let me pass this to someone else. Taking this and the price increases into account. I would advise against using Omnisend anymore, but be careful how you get out. They may charge you more for leaving.

Indeed, freezing your account does have a fee and see that you were charged for your subscription before freezing your account. Our billing team refunded the charge for such subscription as soon as you reached out to our support team to assist on the matter.

Beran helped me with setting up my records to verify with sending emails! Been stuck on doing the records for a week straight and the customer service came through. OMNISEND IS THE APP
I had a problem with completing the background color of my mail. I I messaged the support desk and within a few minutes I was helped by Berman. Berman indicated that he was going to check it and within a day I had a response again and I could solve the problem myself. Top service!

I'm just starting with Shopify and I installed this app to manage subscriptions. I must say it works very well. The customer care is fab. I contacted them and Sıla offered solutions to all my doubts.
Maria was great! She answered all my questions very quickly and without hesitation. Maria also sent me step by step instructions on how to find the information I needed as well as gave me additional information that will help me in the future!
