Baarath was more than helpful when I was having problems sending an individual email. The service was prompt and efficient. I have no hesitation in using the support service again. Thanks for all your assistance it was very much appreciated.
Luiz is my hero, spent hours pulling my hair out the night before, he solved the issue in 1 minute.
I've been reaching out to the Omnisend support team for help. By far, there was no response at all, not even an automated response (I thought they were the experts on this).
12.15 update: Baarath from live chat solved my problem really quickly. If you suffer from a non-response problem like me, give up emailing and talk to them on live chat.

So far, this app has been easy to use and works well. The only problem I had was getting the DKIM to verify with my email. Karine in customer service was very helpful!! In just a couple of minutes my issue was resolved. She was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Thanks Karine!

I got this app because I was hoping it would offer real time reup reminder emails for consumables ( you should need another about now), sent at precise periods following purchase. (I was offered custom programming options for this running in the lots of hundreds of dollars.) It can. It does. But after learning how to do batch files in DOS 3.3 some 40 years ago my computer skills have waned. Thus, it was frustrating learning how to get this wrench to fit my socket. The support department, including Karine, Deniz, Kayque, Beran, and perhaps a few more, were more than up to the task. Once I got them to understand what means step-by-step instructions I was off and running.
Beran from Omnisend provided incredible support and guidance on the queries I had. Appreciate Omnisend's support team and the great lengths they go to support their customers.
Their "award winning" support is absolutely terrible. Their new review functionality is creating fake contacts and they have zero solutions, but charged my account for over 1,100 additional contacts that aren't real people because of how their system is processing the new reviews import.
For email marketing, the app is nice, but their support and failures with the reviews roll-out makes me want to find something else.
