So Far so good, wasn't too complicated to get going, just hit some hiccups when using my Shopify email database and had to clean the emails up myself, once this was done, we are loving the freedom in design compared to Shopify emails.
We just trying to move over from mailchimp and sent out an email campaign that has not been sent to all our subscribers- there are way too many issues on this service!
Second issue was that the emails were going from them on our behalf and again not arriving into our subscriber database. There are some serious problems with this service.
DO NOT USE- BUYER BEWARE!!!
We are not happy that your first experience was not as expected. We can see that the teams have already signed a domain for you and made some changes to the IPs to improve the deliverability. More, Katherine from support will provide you more recommendations to ensure we find a permanent solution for you. We truly apologize for this situation and hope to turn things around for you asap.
Really easy to use :) and it takes just a couple of minutes to finish a campaign!
I just purchased Omnisend, but my experience so far has been wonderful. The templates are very user friendly and the newsletters are extremely professional. I had an initial problem when I was creating my first email compaign and the technical support I received was awesome. They respond to you immediately and the customer service rep. stayed with me the entire time until I was able to figure out what the issue was. Very happy with the service, so far.
Heel goed programma, werkt correct en is eenvoudig in gebruik. Jammer dat niet alle functies kunnen gebruikt worden in goedkoopste versie.

This app is Amazing. So easy, beautiful design. The support is the best. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend it, also noticed the big brands from my industry are using it, always a good sign.

We couldn't verify our settings, but he helped us. His reply is so fast and helpful.
I have used the free option of this app and it seems to work pretty good with the basic option. I have used both the pop up page specifically to reduce the amount of times people linger on the front page.
I've cancelled this and they keep charging me!

Great help from Beran on the chat support. Was having problem with getting the DNS records verified. I'm still testing out the app before I upgrade to paid plan, but things are looking good.
