Fantastic application. This is a must have for all shopify stores. If you have this, you dont need mailchimp. Extraordinary features and professional quality
I was looking for a comprehensive email marketing tool to support our ecommerce platform. Omnisend has proven to be excellent. Simply. Powerful. Easy to onboard! Excellent 24x7 chat. Yeah, real chat. Anyways, good product and group. Thank you Nikola, Nicholas and the rest of the team.

So Far so good, wasn't too complicated to get going, just hit some hiccups when using my Shopify email database and had to clean the emails up myself, once this was done, we are loving the freedom in design compared to Shopify emails.
if you don't have a credit card do not unstill this app it's a waste of time since they do not accept PayPal as payment! and that is absolutely sad it looks nice. In order to delete their signature at the end of the email templte you have to upgrade and I couldn't. For that reason, I'm out.

I just purchased Omnisend, but my experience so far has been wonderful. The templates are very user friendly and the newsletters are extremely professional. I had an initial problem when I was creating my first email compaign and the technical support I received was awesome. They respond to you immediately and the customer service rep. stayed with me the entire time until I was able to figure out what the issue was. Very happy with the service, so far.
This app is Amazing. So easy, beautiful design. The support is the best. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend it, also noticed the big brands from my industry are using it, always a good sign.

Great help from Beran on the chat support. Was having problem with getting the DNS records verified. I'm still testing out the app before I upgrade to paid plan, but things are looking good.
