The interface is perhaps not the most intuitive, but once you get accustomed to the layout and features it proves to be an excellent platform for email marketing.
In summary, while Omnisend may initially appear challenging to navigate, its extensive features and capabilities make it a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about enhancing their email marketing efforts.

I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. We did run into some issues in terms of the migration of Omnisend from Big Commerce to Shopfiy, but Kayque, the agent who initially addressed my issues, continued to follow up with e-mail until our issues were resolved and Omnisend was fully functioning on our new Shopify store. So, that is evidence enough for me to both strongly recommend Omnisend but to also continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Mariia, she helped me so much to solve my problems with the DNS of my email domain, and made me feel supported in every step of the process. Super easy to use. I've used other things like Klaviyo and quite a few other email marketing services in particular. Omnisend is a lot cleaner and most importantly faster. It's easy to set up and it works quickly. Klaviyo is sluggish while using and when you start to build out more complicated campaigns it becomes an issue.

The App itself works amazingly well. Its easy to use and has a LOT of Features.
Worth every penny in my opinion.

Kayque was a great help, and very informative about Omnisend email and sms application. I believe he resolved my issue under two minutes. Very kind and a great customer service representative! I would recommend Omnisend to my friends and already have.
