The customer support team with Omnisend does a really great job of assisting and troubleshooting through chat. I was recently experiencing some trouble with implementing a scratch card and adding a link for the customer preference center, and Daryna was able to send me video links and screenshots to effectively navigate me to success.

So far it is exactly what I was looking for! It's super easy to use and I love all of the ecommerce specific features! Highly recommend!
Karine was awesome! She got straight to the solution I needed. Most of the time support agents try to have some small talk but I just want to get to my solution!
I've installed Omnisend in my store to migrate from Mailchimp, and I'm really liking it so far!
It is very easy to use, has a lot of useful automations that I have already set up, allows subscribers segmentation, and has beautiful templates for newsletters and pop-ups.
I followed the tutorial to import my contacts from Mailchimp and did everything easily by myself.
Another very important feature for me is that I can change the language on each automation, popup, email or newsletter, so that I can easily have it in English or in Portuguese (from Portugal) when I want to send it to specific list segments.
Overall I'm very happy with how it works, and with everything that I can do with this app!
On my trial, I created a test campaign. I started receiving orders as a direct result of the email campaign almost immediately.
I am sold! Well worth the money. The easiest and most customizable email marketing platform I have used so far. Thanks!
Easy to use once you get the hang of things. Love the idea of linking to Google and Facebook. Mass Marketing made easy !

after initially thinking this was a great platform i have changed my review dramatically after using this for two years. it takes a long time to get things resolved with support. often a couple days... and...
4/22/20 update: well, there is a major downside. they have changed this literally THIS WEEK and now i have to subscribe for $250 to be able to send out sms messages. apparently OMNISEND doesn't understand the business climate and despite me telling them we are literally permanently closing due to the COVID-19 mandatory closure that has cost us our business like many others, they will not let us use the prior pricing that we did literally LAST WEEK. So, instead of just letting me refill my campaign for $50 - i have to purchase a year's worth of credits - EVEN THOUGH WE WON'T BE IN BUSINESS. That and last week after telling them on a thursday that the SMS campaign was not working and was not sending, it too them TILL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY TO RESOLVE. now they raised the pricing plan so i will be cancelling and opting for one of the more flexible competitors.
Maria did a great job in supporting questions related to my campaign. I have had many positive experiences with Chat support.
Very happy with Omnisend as our Email Marketing Hub (and soon to expand to SMS): excellent functionality, constantly in development, responsive and excellent tech support.
