THIS APP ALWAYS CHARGE EXTRA MONEY WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION .We are charged additional $69 on Oct 26th except for the $183 monthly billing ,and they told us to give us 180000 credit ,we actually use 18282.
TOO EXPENSIVE .NEVER USE THIS COMPANY .

As with most email marketing platforms, Omnisend’s pricing is based on the number of contacts (subscribers and non-subscribers, we do not charge for unsubscribers), meaning higher contact lists or additionally purchased email credits can lead to added costs. When your account exceeded the included email credits, additional credits were offered and purchased from your side to allow you to continue sending email campaigns, resulting in the $69 charge on October 26th. This charge was solely for the extra credits used beyond your regular monthly allocation.
Our senior support specialist has reviewed each past invoice with you in detail to ensure clarity on your billing history and the options available to optimize your plan. We genuinely appreciate the chance to work with you on finding a solution that better aligns with your needs moving forward.

We switched from another platform and immediately saw the difference in ease of use and results. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to design and schedule campaigns. No hidden costs for basic functionality (like other apps).
The support team has been very responsive, providing helpful guidance whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, Omnisend has been great. We’ve recently switched to the first paid tier and we are happy with the offering although ideally it could include more contacts.
Highly recommend it to any e-commerce business looking to streamline their email marketing!

Thank you Mathías: BEST CUSTOMER CHAT SERVICE i have ever experienced. I've had many chat customer support experiences, by talking to Mathías was by far one of the best i've ever had. (no waiting line) Explanations are very precise & in a friendly way. He thinks along with the problems that I had and gave me some very useful insights. I just started my Omnisend account because I got stuck on another mailing platform (i was stuck on some things for a while...), but because of his explenations of the available features, which i will be using in the future, I will be building my mailing automation on Omnisend, which is now simply connected to my Shopify account (with his help). He also helped me with segmentations & much more. I'm still a free user but will be upgrading very soon. Please give this man a raise, he deserves it!

As someone who has never run a product-based business or ecommerce before, the past five months have been a massive learning curve for me, and the number of things I don't know seems to grow daily. I am so appreciative of Omnisend as a result, because of the free plan (so that you're not bleeding money when you're still getting set up and started), the integrated reviews app (which connects to the email flows, and yet again saves me from bleeding money when I'm not marketing or making sales yet), and the kind customer support. I've had several questions while I've been setting up flows, forms, and reviews, and the team have been patient, polite, and responsive. They even emailed when I didn't reply to the chat to check whether I still needed help. I've especially appreciated their patience with what would probably be considered stupid questions. I'm still new to Omnisend, but I've had a very positive experience so far.
Updating as it's five months now, and I had a problem with my DMARC and DKIM that wasted two days and had me in tears. Within five minutes of reaching out to the support team, the excellent Mathias had diagnosed and solved the problem, and I so appreciate the prompt support and kindness of the team in every interaction.
