I've been using Omnisend for a couple of months now and I honestly love it so far. Took a while to get used to the interface, but once I got the hang of it, it's a breeze. Also, another huge plus is their fantastic customer support. I can always get my questions answered in a very timely manner.
I installed to test out the 14-day free trial and once the trial ran out, they extended the trial to me for another 2 weeks. Honestly, this automation forms that Omnisend sets up for you is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Way better than other email marketing apps out there in my opinion.

Great app that links to your shopify store. Makes it easy to create campaigns, schedule them, and automatic emails when people visit the site. Overall great app!

We've used a few apps and this 1 is definitely the most user-friendly and the workflows that we set up has pushed our abandoned cart recovery rate up with 11%. Support from Nikola was also quick, friendly and very helpful.
