Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

We made the change to Omnisend from Klaviyo when Klaviyo jacked up their pricing last year. Omnisend's feature set is not quite as robust but they do keep updating it and the chat support is much better and quicker than Klaviyo at half the price. Today, Salma and Adres helped me but every rep has been great. We're happy with the switch.

I really enjoy this app! There's a lot to learn for a beginner but it is well worth it to take the time and use the features to improve your store.

For starters the live view gives insight into what customers are doing on your site right now and I check that out all the time! I love the automation which has helped us improve our conversions a lot!

I've been using this Omnisend tool for a year, and the new builder is too easy to use ready-made templates are excellent, and the most fantastic Customer Support team is just mind-blowing. Whenever I get stuck, I just hit my problem in their inbox, and they do their best to resolve it. You guys are doing a great job, including Kristina, Nikola, Olesia, Yuliia, Salma, Deniz, Stefan, Sanya and others. I highly appreciate your hard work. May God bless all of you.

Just completed our first campaign, it was super intuitive and easy to use. You can create a professional email simply by dragging and dropping to create a unique design. It is really well crafted. Looking forward to making more emails.
