Great app, just what I was looking for.

I was able to exchange with Nikola on several occasions. Nikola has always responded favorably and quickly to my questions. Very good customer service.

I installed the basic version of the app and I must say that it works very well, it is very well structured and easy to use, I could give 6 stars for assistance, it is very timely and efficient, it is an app that I recommend

Good app, but needs some updates. for example on each of workflow page I need to edit Social icons manually each time. it needs to be integrated into the settings so the data is pulled each time with new workflow

I was Using mailchimp. When I noticed that I couldnt used with shopify, they rushed me to use omnisend. In ONE day I was able to do my campaign.

I was forced to find a new option after Mailchimp separated from Shopify. I wasn't looking forward to this as I had already spent hours struggling with the mailchimp platform. I'm SO GLAD I switched to Omnisend. The platform is so much more user friendly and I was able to set everything up in just 2 hours! I'm much more confident using Omnisend and will be able to create campaigns quickly without dreading it! The live chat feature is awesome and customer support was prompt and friendly. I would suggest signing up for the tutorial video as that helped me so much. Seriously a game changer! I can't suggest Omnisend enough. Wish there were 10 star ratings because I'd give them 10 stars!

Email marketing was easy to use, customer service was professional and responsive, and I was able to resolve the issues I encountered promptly every time.
