I have just started to use Omnisend Email, and have got a lot of questions that need to be clarified. Maria has been so kind and patient to guide me through the process, explain the instructions, and suggest the best approach to solve the issues. Amazing service! Thank you for your great help!

After using this plugin, the package price will be secretly increased without any notice, and there is no reminder when subscribing. After I questioned it, there was no refund. This is unreasonable, this is a scam company!!!

We want to reassure you that our pricing structure is fully transparent and adjusts based on the number of billable contacts in your account. As the number of contacts increases, the monthly fee adjusts accordingly. On the other hand, if the number of billable contacts decreases, so does the pricing. This flexibility ensures that the cost is directly aligned with your needs and the resources required.

I signed up to omnisned 3 hours before my store was going live with zero idea how to do anything or verify DMARC records or any of that stuff. Maria was my support agent on live chat, and she was brilliant; she walked me through everything step by step until I did it, and I'm happy to say my emails are landing in the inbox; thank you, Maria, absolute legend.

I must say I am super impressed with Omnisend, and I am so glad I chose them for my email marketing! I'm not very good with technology and was having an issue connecting my account to my domain. I have been loving Omnisend for all my automated emails and newsletters and their pricing is affordable. Their support is amazing, always able to solve my problem or at least find a work around. I chatted with Deniz today and he promptly solved my issue for me.

Their customer service is really bad, it takes forever for them to answer and even when they do, most of the time it's not clear what they're saying and they always send you to read articles instead of actually wanting to help.
and also they chraged me for 10$ idk why, cus im on the free plan!!
