We have been using the app for a few years now and are very happy with it. There are constant improvements to the app that gives us flexibility to communicate our message to our community. The customer service is the best, quick and always efficient. Matija is the best and follows up closely. Very happy overall!
So far so good! Have not used a lot yet. Everything in the trial period worked fine.

Such a shame to treat your users the way you do, guys. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced after a drunk sales lady on the farmer market.... Kristina is scaring your subscribers away. We chat for the last couple of days but with every single message, she acts like it's the first time. You charge but DO NOT provide services. And your customer service (no, it's not) acts like it is ok. Upset and disappointed. Do not recommend.

omnisend has one of the best costumer service i've ever seen. Kayque was awsome and helped me with all the issues i had and explained to me how omnisend works with details. i would definently recommend this app to everyone.
