Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Had some issues with creating duplicate accounts when trying to connect to shopify, but it was totally my fault. I chatted with them and they were super responsive and solved my problem quickly. Their user interface is really easy and newsletters and emails can be created quickly. I would definitely suggest using this app.

Very responsive and good support, Baarath help me solve my issue with an automation email really fast. I really appreciate that because im supper busy during the day and I do not want to wasting time sitting at the computer all day.

Love it! This app has been developed so nicely. I don't think it could get any better and yet it does. It does everything I need or want it to do. It's very professional and easy to use. I give it 5 stars and a whole lot more. You guys are the best!

I'm yet to use Omnisend, however I have been really impressed with the customer service and onboarding process so far. Marty and Katrina have been excellent in supporting our transition from Mailchimp and I look forward to working with Omnisend going forward.
