This app has been so great for email marketing - for someone who is not the most tech savvy, the setup is seamless and makes creating campaigns and automations a breeze. I have been using Omnisend for a few months only and I really enjoyed creating email campaigns on it. I needed some help today about "Sender Domains" and sent them an email. Beran immediately answered me with clear instructions, while being very patient and polite. I followed all the steps he guided me through until the problem was solved. I am pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and how smoothly the issue was fixed. Thank you!

Beran from support was very friendly and professional.
First, I think the Omnisend platform is robust and easy to use. I especially appreciate that what I design on the backend is generally what I see in the emails.
Second, the customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Eduarda, Agustin, and Maria -- and all of them were great. Agustin, in particular, was very responsive.
This company truly wants to be great, and it shows. Highly recommend!
