Great team for support. There is a lot of options on the app that makes you connected with your customers, email SMS notification, etc... I love it! I hope that they reduce the price of the pro plan because it is so expensive.

Buyer beware!!! Product is good but pricey AND you can only cancel your subscription via their live chat which they rarely support or have anyone on. I've tried to cancel our subscription several times over their live chat (as they require it that way) but they've never responded. Now we have to refute the charges with my credit card company.

Great app for estore startup!! I like their business model (with really free to use app) as if they support the startup store - with 0 subscribers and 0 visitors. GOOD LUCK Omnisend
