I am still setting up my store, and let me say that at the moment this app is really amazing, very intuitive and complete with all its function. Last but not last, they have an amazing customer care, I talked with differents people but they are all soo prepared and soo kind to face all my requests, honestly I don't remenber a soo efficient assistance. After doing a bunch of research and trying several services. We recently switched our newsletter service to Omnisend. I have to say, I was bummed to leave mailchimp, but I'm now kind of obsessed (haha) with omnisend. Their interface is clean and intuitive and makes it super easy to implement the basic things we needed to have in place. So far I'm loving it + 100% recommend.

Spent some time looking around the app, then took the free version. This is a powerful app not only for its functionality like automations and forms, but the analytics are fantastic. Like my marketing manager says, all we have to do is think what we want and there is a way to create it in OmniSend along with the analytics. The customer and tech support has been timely and helpful, which is very appreciated. Needless to say, we stepped up and are subscribing. I really appreciate the customer service, and their help with getting out our first newsletter. Very thing worked great, I love the integration with Shopify, and the picking tool is awesome!

I use this app for my email campaign. It is very easy to use and offer templates to guide me through the process.

This app has a really steep learning curve. After quite a bit of time working on it, it seems to have everything I need for emailing my lists and keeping things organized. I wish it was easier to use.

Very frustrated with customer support since day 0, and I'm now working with you for 3 months. But always when having a Bug your support blame that I'm wrong and make me fell like a newbie, then I lost days trying to follow their hundred instructions that always end by discovering that indeed were a Bug.
Look you need to segment tech-savvy from non savvy clients. Otherwise you gonna piss your clients every day. I'm deep frustrated for the third time in 3 months.
