Limited capabilities (I'm used to Mail Chimp) and poor customer service. I had a time sensitive manner and they rudely responded to me and then fell silent in the middle of our conversation. I immediately asked for options/suggestions for help to correct the issue and was left with no answer or reason for the silence. Customer service to our clients is incredibly important to us, and this caused a delay in that.
Update: 10 minutes later I got an answer. Granted, the response didn't answer my question but explained that they had to go help other clients with an update in Europe. I added that it would have been nice to have it communicated to me that they were working on a response and helping other customers in the meantime - which is completely understandable. Instead, I got a defensive comment in regards to this review. She repeatedly told me how busy they were. Before she offered me the help I was requesting, I was asked to change or edit this review. So here is the edited review per Veronika's request. I was prompted again after receiving my answer.
I added a star because they did finally give me the option to resend an incorrect email which I appreciated and all I wanted in the first place. I was willing to pay for a day to resend the email, but will not be continuing with this service.
so far so good...implementation has been great and intuitive - would highly recommend to anyone looking to increase orders

Very happy so far. Designing the email was very easy.
Like the look of this app, however, after two hours of trying to set up, I give up. Not every easy to understand for a new user and thought it could link better with your store to be more automated or you could choose what you wanted. Most need you to input a product for a campaign, what a pain. Needs to have a tutorial to help you set up each campaign the first time. just way to hard to figure out on your own

Switched from MailerLite to Omnisend and so far, so good. Had a little trouble in setting up (e.g. CSV file upload not working or some issues with automation set-up). But the team is on point and always here to help, quick response times. Thanks Salma for sorting out the issue with the automation for us!
great overall app and easy to use once you get a hang of the workflow. Easy to customize newsletters, campaigns, and customer support is REALLY good. They helped me when I was running into some things that needed smoothing out.
it's hard to use for beginners, But the support & help is really amazing, Maybe if they can work on their ux, it will be amazing.

Very useful and efficient tool to manage email campaigns and others. I'm in trial, I don't what's the value in basic plan...
