SO far so good... a few hours to figure things out. Some trial and error plus several chat conversations later and I'm super grateful for how the email came out. Looking forward to learning and building with omnisend. Thank you.
Awesome tool! It is easy to use, but gives you the opportunity to really customize high-quality campaigns.
Such a user friendly builder! I have used both the old and the new builder and have found both to be a delight to work with. I have only had one issue before and it was sorted very quickly after chatting with Nikola.
This app is awesome and easy to work with. Their support is very helpful. My biggest complaint is that they are missing SOO many features. They come out with new features all of the time but as of right now there are so many basic features that it just doesn't have.
Updating my review:
It's really hurting my abandoned cart workflow that I cannot segment my campaign between previous purchasers and new customers. I'm still overall happy with Omnisend, but am frustrated with the lack of this option that I had in MailChimp. I have different messaging for these two segments in Abandoned Carts and do not want to train my loyal customers to just wait for a coupon after abandoning a cart.

I've spent the last couple days migrating over to OmniSend from MailChimp and so far I am SO happy to be doing it! It's easy and intuitive to use with a lot of great features! I have high hopes for my new workflows and campaigns to out-perform what I was doing previously.
Automation workflows are really easy to set up, and I love the cancellation trigger. I'm also really excited to check out the Facebook & Google Audience Syncs, although I haven't quite gotten that far yet. I'm expecting that to be a great feature though.
Just a couple things I'd like to see added:
- I need a way to segment some of my workflows between customers who have previously purchased vs. new customers. I have different messaging to use for new clients vs. repeat buyers. This is particularly critical for an abandoned cart workflow. This is the only thing so far I've found that I'm losing in the switch.
- I also would love a better option for the order follow up email workflow. I see the value of the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback block, but I'd really rather encourage customers to leave reviews on my website. I do this with another app right now, but if it could be accomplished with OmniSend, that would be amazing.
Otherwise, super happy with the switch. I've spent the weekend setting up all my automated workflows, and I'll be ready to start sending newsletter campaigns next week.
so i just added this app, can't give 5 stars yet, as I'm not sure how it will help me, customer service has been great as somethings got a little confusing for a person who doesn't have great computer skills., you need to be patient in figuring out your template and design . overall so far so good!

Fairly easy to use for a non technical person like me. Customer support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Always pleased with the help I receive.
Very easy to use, there is a LOT of flexibility in this app. I am VERY happy with it!
The app is not perfect. There are some issues that should be developed. But the support team do their best to help their customers.
There aren't a lot of great email marketing solutions out there, but whatever one you use having excellent support for issues is key. Luiz sorted out an issue I had with Omnisend's not-all-that-great email editor and helped me overcome some of the shortcomings there. Thanks Luiz!
