Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Was having problem with my SMS credit and was worried about my credit going through for BF. Kristina was able to assist and resolve my problem right away understanding how important this period is for small businesses.

I just installed it and created popups and a e-mail campaign and it all is seamless and looks gorgeous! Super excited to use this the e-mail newsletters on a regular basis. Thank you!!

THE APP WORKED GREAT. WAS SUPER EASY. I DIDNT HAVE ANY TROUBLE AT ALL. I WILL BE USING THIS MUCH MORE NOW THAT I HAVE ACCESS TO IT.

Soundest is amazing. I love looking at the summaries of how many of our emails were opened, had links clicked, and how many conversions we received. It is the easiest way to send out effective, neat looking email blasts from Shopify.

This app is very easy to use and effective. Good for gaining insight into the effectiveness of your emails too!

She was a major help, acted as a bridge between me and the tech team and kept me in the loop, provided me with timely solutions and went out of her way to make sure I got the results I had visualized. I waited until the charged me for this month to write this review. This app is easy to use and does what it says. My only complaint was that when it used to be Soundest I was being charged $75 for my plan, and when it changed to Omnisend the pricing went up and I guess goes up as your list of subscribers does. So now it is around $100 a month. Which would not be a problem but it would have been better if I was notified before the pricing went up. Other than that I think this app is still cheaper than others. I have tried another newsletter app before but felt as though it did not have as many features as this app.
