Omnisend is easy to use, and a vital part of our business. There might be cheaper options out there, but the functionality and automation of Omnisend is second to none. They also have a great support team. Thanks to Daryna for helping resolve a recent issue.

As an agency, their team is invaluable for support on complex setups. Very appreciative of Baarath's help for one of our accounts in particular. To help segment b2b & b2c before they purchase; use a custom property on the welcome series sign up form to auto add them into a segement. A similar system can use for existing customers using an email and/or the "Preferences" section at the bottom of emails.

I have been through almost every email service provider. Honestly, so far this has been my favourite. I've been on support A LOT! They probably all know my name by now lol.
