Top level software already, but the customer service makes omnisend what it is. The (MANY) times I'm trying to do something very specific and needy to get an automation to run exactly as I need it to for my store's needs, I can easily send a quick question and somebody like Stefan answers within minutes with a solution. Every time I go through this, I'm blown away by the customer service's positivity and willingness to help.

This app is undoubtedly top class and it delivers a lot of functionalities. But it is the support that makes the real difference when compared with many other apps. The team is always there ready to support you and even when is night. Kudos goes to Kristina who very quickly helped me to configure correctly my multi-language popup configuration.
