Within 20 minutes I had connected Omnisend to my store and wrote a very professional looking Newsletter using several of the images and information from shopify store itself. A+ for making it effortless.
Omnisend has one of the best and fastest customer support I have ever had. It works great and the UI/UX is simple and straightforward. You will love using and working with it. Not overloaded at all. However, in my opinion, the team/devs should have more of an eye on the multi-language capabilities that Shopify markets offer. Transactional emails and most of the automations, apart from the abundant product automation, can only use the store's default language. This messes up the whole customer experience for international customers. Should be fixed soon please!
Really good customer service with quick response and helpful too. I would recommend their tools to help with email.

We have been using the app for a few years now and are very happy with it. There are constant improvements to the app that gives us flexibility to communicate our message to our community. Such a shame to treat your users the way you do, guys. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced after a drunk sales lady on the farmer market.... Kristina is scaring your subscribers away. We chat for the last couple of days but with every single message, she acts like it's the first time. You charge but DO NOT provide services. And your customer service (no, it's not) acts like it is ok. Upset and disappointed. Do not recommend.
