I was forced to find a new option after Mailchimp separated from Shopify. I wasn't looking forward to this as I had already spent hours struggling with the mailchimp platform. I'm SO GLAD I switched to Omnisend. The platform is so much more user friendly and I was able to set everything up in just 2 hours! I'm much more confident using Omnisend and will be able to create campaigns quickly without dreading it! The live chat feature is awesome and customer support was prompt and friendly. I would suggest signing up for the tutorial video as that helped me so much. Seriously a game changer! I can't suggest Omnisend enough. Wish there were 10 star ratings because I'd give them 10 stars!

We are very pleased with the email design, segmentation, automation capabilities and what's more they also have an excellent customer service. Most recently I needed to reach out to their customer support team regarding a new form I was building and Maria was an absolute superstar to answer all my questions in no time.
I contacted regarding setting up my email double opt-in. In relation to that, they even kindly recorded how to set it up, so I was able to process it quickly. It was a really helpful and memorable support.
