Customer service via chat is great, there's always someone there to help answer questions. Kamilia was very helpful when I had a question about automated work flows.
We are new to Omnisend. So far so good! there are certain things that could be improved/easier. But, we are a new small business and navigating takes practice and time. Customer service is prompt to help. Shout out to Karine as she was a great help.
I made my first email through omnisend and it came out really beautiful. They have great features and your emails are fully customizable.
I just started using the app in an effort to improve my ecommerce business. The set up seems easy and the app is very organized. I'm hoping this will result in increase of sales. I will come back later hopefully with great new about my sales.
the app is ok so far. I cannot cancel the subscription and go back in to update my account again. But overall it is ok.
I'm new to this app but so far the experience has been fairly seamless. I'd love to see a bit more accessible UI (you can't see font options without clicking them and the examples in the layout builder are itty bitty and hard to see at some points), but I was very pleasantly surprised by how simple everything was to build otherwise. When I ran into a question I couldn't find an answer to via Google, I contacted the support team and was helped by Matija, who quickly sent me a screen capture with step by step instructions. Super helpful, super courteous, and super convenient.
Good app, easy to use and very useful
Just using the free portion, I think you provide quite a bit. I like that there are still some customizations that we can do with our emails. Being able to set up different subscriber lists is great too.
Great so far! I love the templates (more suited to retail than some others) and the reporting is good as well.

I love how easy it is to get in touch with someone (via instant messages) when you have questions or problems. They usually respond in no more that 10 minutes and they stay with you until the issues are resolved. I do wish there were some more features like emailing us reports and customizing the email backgrounds. I also would like a feature that allows customers to ask to be removed from certain marketing lists without removing them from all subscriptions but for the price, it offers quite a lot!
